Job Title	Front Desk-Administration Duties
Job Responsibilities	Someone who is dependable, smart and technology savvy.  It’s entry level with the intent to move up within 12 to 18 months
Experience Needed	We are looking for the perfect Administrative Assistant for a busy Insurance Brokerage located in Pleasanton. This is an entry level position, with growth within the company a guarantee within 12-18 months. Qualifications for this position require you to be customer oriented, a team player, reliable, confident, and have the ability to multi-task. Please be computer savvy; including programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel. We offer a great working environment Monday-Friday from 8-5, great Benefits and 401k included after probation period. If you think you have what it takes please email your resume and references.
